Cool Wild Momma

Contributed by roisin on Wednesday, 9th July 2003 @ 06:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Event

hearing the sound of a thousand angels
the oul mind wanders
having spent endless days sitting on clouds
dreaming both night and day
memories often stronger
more surreal than reality
thought fragments only musings of this mad woman
these things
half remembered, half forgotten
I am enveloped in the music
flung across this sea of people
absorbed
like water in the sand

just throbbing in the music
throbbing in the brilliance of the day
a sweet smile given
follow me and I will come to you
again I lapse into oblivion
inhale the face
breathe it in
yes I am naturally drawn to you

dancing on the grass
head thrown back and laughing
getting high on the herb fumes in the air
throbbing to the music
throbbing in the brilliance of the day
throbbing
I succumb to it again

Loved this... could definitely relate because of my love for music and the fact that I'm feeling concert withdrawals at the moment...... awesome write!

Cool wild mama ..YEAH !! :) Go you wild thing lol...Well I missed the actual woodstock **boohoo** But my younger years were somewhat a mirror image of it all.I would get together every week at least twice to jam with my friends...Sometimes that twice a week drifted into a an all week party...lol...sniffin up the gunji and just ridin the blues..Oh rosie..you just cant imagine the memories that came flooding bk with this write.Totally awesome..Thankyou and Im stoked you had a wild time :) (((huggers)))
Still a flowerchild... ;)
Sharon.
PS.. I think you can so relate when I say..to hear the blues..the guitar...your body just becomes a part of the rhythm and moves so energetically and yet sensually to the vibes..WOW...Im in heaven just thinkin bt it lol..
