|
In a mesmerizing beauty of the night,
Thoughts appear so bright.
I pick up my impatient pen,
And start to pour out all I can.
Words, been suffocated within me,
Flow on blank pages, they breathe.
Quench thirst from the blood in my pen,
Raise fiercely, storm out of their den.
Subside the pain, runs deep inside like a stream,
Unravel the mysteries of black and white dreams.
Give power to thoughts, a way to emerge,
Light the emotions with a sudden surge.
Create surreal fantasies, never can be true,
Engrave heartrending realities, my friend my foe.
Weave joys and sorrows in a bittersweet harmony,
Set my mind for a few moments of tranquility.
