Commander and chief you are,
god you are not.
You say things like "bring em on"
not giving human life a thought.
No weapons of mass destruction
have been found, which was your
selling point for this war.
We cannot police the world
or use the lives of others
to even your personal score.
I respect your position as president,
and I respect the men and women
who are willing to fight to protect
this great land.
But this has all become about photo ops,
and your every entrance an occasion to
strike up the band.

I totally agree with your poem. He is trying too hard to finish something that his father started instead of being his own man. He's making a mockery of the presidency really..well that's just my opinion but your poem is awesome...thanks' for sharing.

A very crucial role of both poem and poet is to question the wrongs and ills of the World.
The fact that you picked on the thief who stole the elections, stained the constitution, cheated his people
and wages war and havoc on scores of innocents
with a string of insinuations,accusations,manipulations..
what you have done is important, it is necessary!.
