I need to recklessly fall into you
To crumble within your love
I must offer up my everything
So I can be sure of
Any time I falter
Or fail to be your light
You will still be my breath
My whispers in the night
I need to crawl all over you
Rub off a little of my pain
To see if in the morning light
Your shelter still remains
I need to paint my portrait
There within your mind
To know that if you lost your sight
To me you'd not be blind
I crave to be inside your mouth
To play upon your tongue
So that I may taste your every word
Before your sentence has begun
I desire to be touched by you
To feel your feathered kiss
So that I may drown in beautiful tears
For knowing love like this
