Sober Reality

Contributed by ml02 on Tuesday, 1st July 2003 @ 08:35:00 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

i can't believe
that
i thought
i could luv you
and
that you
could luv me
even though
you said
you liked me
so much

only took a few days
to see
you weren't for me
couldn't handle me
got jealous
when
i talk'd to another boy
and no we didn't kiss
and no i didn't take his number
cause
i wanted you
not him

but we ain't talk
cause
you was an *****
tried to be mature
about it all
called you
tryin' to work it
through
but
you were just a straight up *****

and now
you're back wit your ex
think i'm gonna cry
or get jealous
hell no
it just makes me laugh
your ***** stupidity
b/c he don't luv you
he cheated on you
ain't that why you broke up
and what about
him being on probation
can't go to the bars
and ain't suppose to drink
cause
he got drunk
and tried to kill you
and now you back wit him
honestly
you can't think i'm missin' out
no *****
i just hope
the next time i see you
ain't in a casket

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
