What A trip!

Contributed by LOWMAN613 on Saturday, 28th June 2003 @ 11:35:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Event

We took a trip to Calarado,
What fun we all had there,
I'm so glad that I got to go,
I just thought I would share,
The snow caped mountains were a beautiful scene,
Even though it was hot down below,
Like in the pictures that I've seen,
Of beautiful Rocky Mt. Calarado,
We drove through St.Louis,Missouri
and saw the arch way,
Even though I saw it in a hurry,
The sight made my day,
The hot sun beating on my face,
giving me a tan,
made me love this place,
and all the land,
from rain,to sun,
we drove for nights,
having a lot of fun,
seeing the sights,
better than being at home,
sitting in the rain,
Its nice to just get out & rome,
leaving all of the strain,
Watching the sun rise and the sun set,
was a sight to see,
that beauty I could never forget,
It was special to me,
But our journey had to come to an end,
thats the sad part,
but life has to go on, I cant pretend,
but I'll carry it in my heart.
