An Everlasting Prayer

Dear Lord in Heaven hear my prayer,
I pray that you don't leave us in total dispair.
Please help us understand.........
Why you took Christopher,
While he was still just a young man.
He could light up a dark room with a simple smile,
As well as he knew how to turn a frown upside down.
He brought happiness to those he loved,
Especially to Viviana.....
His only true love.
Although his future plans were never far away,
Destiny and Fate shortened his life in some way.
Love heals and can make people understand,
God needed him as an Angel,
As he was needed here as a man.
He served his country with nothing but honor,
As he will be recognized by all of our countries survivors.
I beg thee god to send us a sign,
Like a slight breeze upon a window chime,
Let us know that Christopher is in heaven smiling upon us with the Angels above,
By having a special bird fly by.........
Your one and only kingdom's peaceful white dove.
As I bring this prayer to an end,
I pray thee Lord,
A Special Thank You and an Amen!

So very touching,I dont think we'll ever understand Why! My neices friend just died a couple of days ago of cancer at 13!
Still cant understand that one either!
