Hungry For Your Love

You come to me in dreams of splendor,
Faithfully, do I surrender
Always I wake to the darkness of defeat.
You, never sated by material things-
Know my whole life hangs by a string,
You dangle above me, and yet I am incomplete.
My heart and soul I offer, take all that you need-
But leave me air to breathe,
If what you are feeling does not compare.
Seems I am only so strong as you say,
But I want more than just enough to make me stay-
What little is left over, if you have anything to spare.
I don't want to live without you
This is not the worst I have been through
Almost nothing, is almost good enough.
You know that I will hang around
I don't have the heart to let you down
I am just forever, hungry for your love.

I can relate to weak endings because sometimes I start a poem and just don't know how to end it...anyways your poem was wonderful and in this case the ending wasn't really weak...
