how can we embrace our future,
when our young we can not hold
turning uor backs on them
dispossing them into the cold
labled wasted youth
maybe someone should give a damn
turning to sex and drugs as an escape
judging them into damnation
saten's pulling them to his gate
caught in a web of deception and hate
so worried about their lives and where they'll stay
hopeing they'll never see the next day
hurt and pain are seeping through
like pouring salt in an open wound
watching it fester
lord they need you
help to save the so called "wasted youth"
offer your guidance for it all has to do with you

Well written, and also true we do not do enough for those who are less fortunate.
Good job.
