I have known thee O mighty being
Refulgent as Sun beyond darkness
By knowing thee alone one transcends death
There is no other way to go
As thou art the supporter of all
The unimaginable supreme lord and the absolute
Thou art the air, brilliant fire, and lord of death
Sun and moon and the cosmic lawmaker art thou
Thou Jehovah art Brahman who is changeless
Thou art lord of creation and the grand sire
Thou art Indra, hero of heroes
Thou art Vishnu of the mighty strides adorable
Thou the sustainer who tends us with wisdom
Thou O lord of oceans, whose laws are steadfast
Thou art Mitra, the friend of all
Thou art Aryaman lord of heroes enriching all
Thou the God art the Mother of the universe too
Thou art Gaia, Diana and Bharati glorified by songs
Thou art the hundred-wintered ILA
For conferring power and the long life to men
Thou the lord of heaven art the slayer of vritra
Thou art a woman. Thou art a man.
Thou art a boy. Thou art a maiden
Thou art the old man tottering with a staff
Thou art Aswins, the lords light in the twilights
O Lord, fill me with sweet honey of the immortality
So that I speak thy glorious words
To the masses of the mankind!!!
