Dreams

Dreams

Dreams, what they're made of...
Can be nothing,
But at the same time,
Something.

Meaningful, meaningless
Sometimes even true
They can happen,
And they could be false

Dreams, what they're made of...
What if they are something?
Something that shouldn't be taken lightly?

I wonder, sometimes.
I don't dream often,
But when I do, they're...
Different.

Maybe it's just imagination,
Or maybe it's just paranoia.
I don't really know.
Don't really care.

There are many who dream.
Those dreams can vary,
I'm sure that many know this.
When I dream, I guess that it's
Just really imagination gone wild.

Some say that it's your subconsciousness.
I don't really know what else to say about dreaming,
But to let yourself indulge in those dreams.

If it's something that you really want,
Just go for it.
Unless it's the type that comes in sleep,
Which is what I was talking about.

Sometimes following the dreams
That you dream
May seem... stupid, absurd,
Foolish, maybe?

Don't be afraid to follow those dreams,
Because they could lead to something.
I wouldn't know.
Never followed them.
Think too much.

Whatever dreams are made of,
Is something that one shouldn't be
Afraid to think about.
Just don't over think the entire thing,
And try to remember what they are
In the mornings if possible.

I wouldn't really know.
Haven't dreamed lately,
And like I said,
My dreams are usually...
Different.

I have gone with instinct on
One dream that I've had,
However. Scared me
To think that
What I dreamed was actually true.

Dunno if I want to dream any more,
Because that dream lead to a few things
That I would of rather not known.
I don't really mind,
But...

It kind of scared me to think
That I was right in telling
My friend, who the dream
Was about.

Guess I was right in doing so.
Resulted in getting her to tell me a few
Things.

But, like I said,
Don't be afraid to go with what you dream about.
Dreams can be made of many different things,
Not necessarily just something that your subconscious
Mind comes up with.

Don't overthink it either.

I really enjoyed this
it had the sort of hazy feeling one gets
post-dreaming
