Which day is mine?

Yesterday has now been spent
But tomorrow will soon be sent
Today is fading fast
To be placed somewhere into my past
Now that I am near the end of my rope
Maybe tomorrow will bring me hope
The mounting trouble that is in my life
Is now causing me so much strife
Just when I thought my life could start
Something comes along and tears it all apart
My day is coming soon
When my troubles will maroon
Which day will be mine?
When everything will be fine

I don't think we ever get a day completely free of troubles. It's just that some days have more than others.
I liked the simple direct to the point style using rhyming couplets |
