The Unexpected Relationship

Meeting eachother was something
we didn't expect,
We never planned on a relationship
or to even be freinds.
So we were both fearful in
expressing our feelings for the
first time,
And we both had our doubts and to
some extent our dislikes.
For she had no intention of letting
anyone into her heart,
And I had no intention of letting
another relationship fall apart.
She was fearful that I might not
be faithful,
And to withstand the pressure of the
distance I thought she was not able.
But for that brief moment when we
spoke we were destined to be,
It was then i knew she was truly
meant for me.
And now here we are overcomming
obstacles in our way,
Things like roumours,complaints,
and critics who always has something
to say.
And though our path seem tedious
with many mountains to climb,
We promised to be there for eachother
through the good and bad times.

i know hor hard relationships can be, and this poem expresses the trumph of love.
