Across the Atlantic there lies a heart,
Buried beneath thousand of mesmerizing stars,
Colourful seashells became the companion...while...
Waiting patiently for the right soul to appear,
Across the sea I have traveled,
Been through rough sea and wind,
Courage has brought me to you,
A chance is all I'm asking from you.
You're doubtful 'bout what I gonna ask,
I won't blame you for what you're feeling,
A heart needs time to blossom,
Time will soon set everything on pace.
The blazing sun dried up all my tears,
The silvery moon sang lullaby to comform me,
Guiding me through gloomy days,
Patiently awaits my princess to appear.
Finally merry day has arrived,
A path of seashells guided me to thee,
Courage brought me here to you... and....
For eternal life we should be together.

How sweet... A very nice poem indeed, just like the ones my brother wrote. The imagery is, well, - swell. Good try. |
