Didn't Hear Your Cries

After that year you wrote goodbye,
Into the darkness I stood to cry,
Betraying your promise to love me so,
Into the darkness alone you did go,
Where are you know I honestly ask,
In my life you neglected your task,
For you to nourish support me well,
I'm your daughter you did not tell,
Why did you jump from that building so high,
I'm asking, asking please I cry,
I now look into you cold blue eyes,
Its all my fault didn't hear your cries,
Now a flower laid on your chest,
Putting your soul down to rest,
So now my world in so terribly cold,
Without my father for me to hold.

Sad but really good. I'll be looking for more so keep on writing.
