I thought I saw a twinkle in your eye,
But it was only your nervous twitch,
And that's when I realised my hopes were going to die.
For if you don't care for yourself or me,
Why should we continue being WE?
I wish I was more happy then I seem,
I wish I could get away from here,
Just fly to my dreams.
If only you loved me as much as you say,
You fake it just like your smile,
I can see though you by the way!
