Where am I headed
In this vast horrid world
Life is all becoming a whirl
I cannot distinguish what's fake and what's real
A glimpse of reality I wish I could steal
I think there is hope for me but I just do not know
I'm trying real hard to not lie to people that care though
But sometimes I wonder if they'll always be there
It seems as if my life is to well
There has to be something blocking my way
It can't all just go away
I am lost for good
I can't be found
Not quite yet I don't feel sound
Something is still there keeping me away
From true happiness all around
I live in ever growing fear
For I am lost for good

No-one is ever lost, for they always have themselves to fall back on.
But at least your poetry seems to show the way you feel, so keep on writing and let those emotions flow,poetry is the best form of release.
Nice poem, was a good read. |

I don't even know where to start on my comment. This poem is so great!! As I was reading I kept thinking to myself how much this poem reminded me of my life. This is about the best poem I think I have read!!! Great job and keep the poems coming!!!
