The Blade

Contributed by SpreadYourWings on Sunday, 15th June 2003 @ 12:05:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Sometimes the time passes by
And i drink myself away
Thousands of beads shoved down my throat
I wouldn't have it any other way

My message is getting clearer
I shouldn't have to breath
I don't need to be here
But as long as I leave
I'll be alright till I scream

If only I had taken that one chance
Perhaps I could've died
Drink the poison of my emotions
Then I wouldn't have to try

My life I've wasted for far too long
One of those things that you should know
Locked in memories that meant nothing
Because you had let them go

If only I never had to cry
As my self-image disappears
I wish I could've only loved you
But it reamins as my one true fear

I cannot help but believe
All that you had said
I can't help but let it sink in
Now you are the reason why I'm dead

I sold my blood again today
To the blade that has my fate
I look for you and start to cry
Because we both know that its too late
