She Cries With Me

Contributed by Stalkee on Saturday, 14th June 2003 @ 09:25:00 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Sometimes I feel like nobody cares for me
Sometimes I feel like I don't have a friend
And right now I'm feeling all alone
But at least I have nature,
the places she loves me
Confused, lost, and scared as I am
She's always there to cry with me

Well I walk through the woods 'cause,
Mother Nature always comforts me
I climb up on her hills and listen to nothing
When I'm feeling all alone,
She kisses me with her breeze,
so I'll feel a little better
And in my dark hours, she cries with me

I used to believe that there's nobody out there
That could pick me up when I'm feeling blue
And say that they loved me too and I still beleive it
But when I'm having trouble all through my life,
She gets me thinking and writing these poems
She opens the door for me, tries to get rid of my pain
After all she has done for me, I'll cry with her too

This is beautiful! I love it!! I'm a huge nature freak, nothing soothes me like even just a few minutes spent with nature, so I really appreciate this! It's so true, she's always there for you... in one form or another. :) Excellent write!
