.End of the Tunnel.

Filled with false hope,
you stagger down with the best.
Hit by the truth,
something to hard to digest.
Come to find that the fading light at the end of the tunnel is just a freight train comin your way.
When you wake up,
what's to keep you from throwing it all away?
I'm gone.
When you reach back for a helping hand,
I'll be gone.
It's the natural life, you're wrong.
I'm right.
Wake up and see,
you've been living in a lie.
So you keep chasing that nearing light,
it can't be fading.
It's so ***** bright.
Chase it to the end.
You'll find happiness and hope,
the perfect blend.
I hope you know that I won't stay,
cause I know that light's just a freight train comin your way.

firstly im surprised no one has commented... personally i think i would have to know more about what your going through to fully get the imegry of this poem, but it was very good. i hope you continue to write... im not exactly sure what to write... but if u want to talk pm me... you seem to be in the same place i am... where suicide is no longer a dream or fantasy, but rather a way of life and a reality... best wishes ~Apryl
