There are those who look and will only see a prestine land with breath taking scenery, while that is true you are so much more land of my birth mi amor.
Reggae music has reached the four corners of the earth, and has silenced those who under estimated your worth: Many barriers have been broken down by a defiant people with their feet on solid ground.
Natural resources are found abundantly, tourism, rich talent along with various industries. The road to self determination was not an easy one but we knew we would get there all along. I salute you Jamaica, my rock ever strong.
Dedicated to my daughter, Khalilah

I like this and honour the sentiment.
I haave a feeling that there cadences here that a northern canadian would miss from just reading off the page. Needs an island accent to do it full justice!
Still i like!
