What a gloriously beautiful person
Shining brighter than any star
Seated here right beside me
Yet out of reach by so far
Bashfully fumbling
Whilst searching for my pen
Cannot cope with such beauty
Seen only now and then
I can sense you oh so pure
Overwhelming is your beauty
Is it possible, not this time
You're married and not to me
Forever I'll remember you
Dripping drops into those eyes
Trickling diamonds down your cheeks
This love was then realised
Such elegance and grace
Not glimpsing for so long
Out of reach once again
One more time to be so strong
Always wanting what I cannot
Hold tightly in these arms
But you call me the handsome one
You claim I've got such charm
Why not learning from those times
Made so difficult to bear
Oh how beautiful you are
It's just not damn well fair!
We would share our every love
For all time and for right now
Such pleasure and much laughter
Please help me help you now
You'll never get to read this
And never shall I tell
You're married and not to me
So alone will be left very well.

Against all odds I've read your words
Know the secrets of your heart
Time has passed and things have changed
Now we need never be apart.

And thought that you should know
Your eyes reveal those things we share

Time of impossible dreams
