You make me cry and you get so angry.
You don’t help me.
You said you’ll always be there for me. Well, where the HELL are you now?
You behind that sound proof glass screaming your ***** head off.
You can see me standing there crying in my silence and all you can think to do is yell?
Look at me. LOOK at me Damn it!
Does it look like I want to hear you yell.
Do you think maybe, you could just step through and hold me in silence? Feel my inner pain with me, whether I have control of it or not-I want to release that pressure and emotion.
I want to release it to you because you told me you’d always care and make me feel safe from MY reality.
For just one second feel w/me, feel it wretch and burn.
This is my dream….
For you to be there just once.

This is good, when reading this poem i visualize your inner voice yelling your poem while the yelling was going on.
Excellent write.
