Raindrops

Tiny silvery droplets...sparkling all the colours of the rainbow.
Making its way to my hurt.
Looking for a way, for a path...
That would lead to the true spot of anger,
Targeting it almost immediately.
The dam swells and bursts forward,
Washing away the disease and feelings...
Feelings unwanted.
And restoring my body...
Bringing back the contentment and happiness.
Thoughts of pounding into a punching bag,
Smashing through walls,
Driving as fast as I can.
Speed...
Lots of it.
Running away, far away....
Finding a door
To some forgotten place.
Finding a door...
In the middle of nowhere,
sort of a flickering ghost door,
No one really there,
Just a place in my mind.
Waiting, wavering...
Be still my heart and
Ghost door...
Become solid! ....because I approach.
The lost child approaches.
