Anger Management

Contributed by Arwen on Thursday, 5th June 2003 @ 09:35:00 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

Terror raise your head,
Darkness consume me.
Bring forth fire and destruction
Burn away my anger.

Stupidity be my name
And misery, my path.
Where has it come from...?
And why does it still lay bare
my wounds?
Painless flesh wounds...
That never seem to heal.

Opened to the ravishes of hurt,
To the catalysts of society...
A society that takes great pleasure in fuelling and hurting me some more.

How can I overcome this...?
I can't control anything anymore....just floating around.
A helpless pawn...stuck in limbo,
with no place to turn.
No one to turn to.

Anger consumes me,
For i represent the true example of a...
Stupid naive fool.
A meaningless little human being.

Why am I even here?!
What possible twisted plan did the
-Powers that be-
have,
To bring me to this insane existence?!

I want to vanish,
To not be here anymore.
I want out...
Dammit world, leave me alone!!!!!!

I know exactly how you feel, when the anger gets soo strong that it actually hurts psychically, a great poem, showing alot of raw emotion.
