Grief
|
Sometimes when you see my family
you tell me how I've been blessed.
Two healthy kids a boy and a girl."
How lucky you are"
No,I think, I'm not lucky and then feel guilty for thinking it.
"two is so nice" you say.
"you don't know the trouble of having
3 can be. I want to know, I cry inside.
I was supposed to know.
"Do you think you might have more?" you ask. I have 3, I say silently.
My heart cries out in pain.
"She had 3," my son says.
He's an angel now,"
"that's nice,' you say. Now I know...
You weren't listening.
