The time has come for my darling,
To bring into this world a new life.
After nine long months of waiting
What a thrill this will be for my wife!
A new life to love will soon be ours,
To feed, to clothe and enjoy.
We have no preference for either sex,
Be it a girl or a boy.
When this baby comes into our world,
Please let it be healthy and strong.
We pray to you every day, dear God,
That nothing will go wrong.
When we come home with this bundle of joy,
We promise you faithfully,
We'll give it all the love we have,
Thru all eternity.

Hmmmm.... I am 99.9% positive I read and commented on this poem last night. But maybe I was dreaming... Lovely and inspiring. Great write.. Best of everything to you all.
