Is There Anyone Who Cares To Try and Save This Life

Whenever I look at the sunset now,
when night is coming, my head is filled with thoughts of you
Baby, darling, angel, I know you don't care
About any of these feelings that I feel
And I'm sure everyone's tired of listening to me
Telling them how nothing ever works out in my life
So just hand me those pills over there
Then you won't have to hear me anymore
I've gone a little crazy lately
My souls bleeding and my mind is on death
Is there anyone who cares to try and save this life?
I almost thought that my life would get better
Now it seems life is just out to get me
Well my life is just like a bird
And like a bird I'm ready to fly away forever
I've always enjoyed all the passing hours
Of night time showers and the darkness filling my whole room
And thinking about how everyone said "get away from me,
you are just a strange and quiet boy"
Well now its around midnight and damn it,
I'm ready to end this life
Its done nothing to help me want to live
Its been just like a razor and sliced me time after time
Well now I have the slip noose hanging
From the corner of this room
Is there anyone who cares to try and save this life?
I almost thought that my life would get better
Now it seems life is just out to get me
Well my life is just like a bird
And like a bird I'm ready to fly away forever

I like this poem a lot. I have tried pills razors and a few other things. But it is an permanent answer to a temperarary solution. This is what i think when my world crashes "There is someone else who has it a little worse than me today"

I too feel this way too frequently than I want. Being a teenager these days is a lot more difficult then one had predicted. Lest i'll ask, were you influenced by a particular song to write this poem? |
