One step past friends.
Two pairs of lushes lips,
Meeting for the first time.
Footprints embedded in the sand,
Leading the way to a new dawn.
My hand traces the countour of your face.
Thoughts of ecstasy running through my veins,
And questions of love in my heart.
Cold chills of returned fears,
But the comfort of your arms ease those.
All beginning,
With one step past friends.
