Never thought to Fear

Contributed by shyness on Thursday, 31st March 2016 @ 08:50:22 AM in AEST
Topic: anguished

Through pain we learn to embrace moments of joy,
What though comes from being the devils living toy,
by now I should be nothing but an empty shell,
this loving heart has stumbled and harshly fell,
roaming this world as a truly cursed and damaged soul,
living a life not even fit for that of a garden troll,
to each of our lives we all pay pains due,
but the happiness we are sworn is not always true,
there is no greater moment then feeling life move inside,
you get that good news you share it with the world with pride,
a smile ever present a world filled with pure bliss,
then suddenly something goes horribly amiss,
we are sorry to tell you this, there is nothing we can do,
go through the labour but your child will be taken from you,
no bundle of joy for your loving hands to hold,
your child passes before baby is even an hour old,
a rare disorder we cant explain why,
do all you want but it was useless to try,
eventually feel those movement disappear,
live through something you never thought to fear,

Oh wow. The sudden change is intense.
Sadly, this is a reality, and that last sentence makes a sad story become an important one. Through all pain and misfortune in our experiences in life, we can remind each other, these things don/'/t just happen to somebody who isn/'/t you, but to somebody who is //like// you.

If this is written from personal experience, I/'/m sorry that such a thing had happened. I hope that your heart mends, and you look towards brighter days. You/'/ll never move without healing, and you/'/ll never heal without moving. :)

this is very engaging and then extremely truly sad
and I have two watched my wife through it all

and this speaks to many people who never thought to fear

I am glad you wrote this and shared this life
with us

Peace!
