So close to birth and unafraid of death.
The closer I get ... the more I will the symphony to play.
A slow fade full of glorified emotions.
Gone again... all the same.
Siphoning time, love, and wonderment. A care and caress...
It took no convincing then....
********************
Now I hang on and on, can/'/t keep up.
Stretching the soul across a profound and incalculable distance.
Don/'/t let go.
********************
The harmony. The thrilling chase and ease to follow.
The antagonizing sprint.
I won/'/t let you catch me.
I am melodic and praiseful.
I raise your strength with my wit and dare you to follow.
The marched shadow against the beacon.
Call me home. I/'/ll walk slow. But know, I/'/m coming home.
The blanketed horizon.
So many shining lights...

I love the way you wrote this out. A synopsis of love, life, and eventual death. Or at least that is how it spilled out to me.
Wonderful!
