I am safe,
Away from this mess
Yet..
It keeps coming back
Like moments from the past

I tried to hold on to the broken girl
She was once mine,
And only mine to love

She’s gone,
Swept away in her own turmoil

In love you devote yourself
But I don’t know
If I can handle that
Although,
I know I want to...

But,
Sudden emotions
Bring sudden ideas…
Changes…
Thoughts…

He “wants” me,
“Needs” me
But he knows
What it feels like
To want…
To need…
To love…

My love…
Is my passion,
My infatuation
But I wonder..

He doesn’t understand the value of me
or what I feel for him…

Is it all part of My Obsession..?
