THE INEVITABLE

Contributed by hray42 on Friday, 15th January 2016 @ 03:26:53 PM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

it is the inevitable fall
and the inevitable end
it the inevitable
to pass once again

inevitably, you will find me correct
for i am never wrong
inevitably, the sun will set
for the day is only so long

everyone who works hard should have a fair shot
that is what the president said
not so out of reach, no impossible lot
hear ye, hear ye, ideas are not dead

it is under a sad sun
that i watch you cry
it is under a blue moon
that our souls may die

it is the inevitable fall, after all
it is the inevitable end, at the end
yet, it is what may come in between
it is the inevitable, to seem like a dream...

you so seem certain

"it is under a sad sun
that i watch you cry
it is under a blue moon
that our souls may die"

the nuance of ideas, good or bad
it would be the challenge of what comes after
the problems ideas construct

there is no inevitable if you give up
there is no inevitable if you do

The INEVITABLE -

makes one think!!! Great write!

Peace!

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
