Open Your Door

Contributed by JohnnyPoemfingers on Tuesday, 1st December 2015 @ 05:11:43 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I think there is something that's making this strange
I don't think it's me, but yet there it remains
I want us to be like we were before
I'm knocking quite hard, just open your door

I'm here for you now and I always will be
you're looking for answers? well find them with me
this poem is cheesy? I dont really care
these feelings are too much for one guy to bear

I need you ,to feel you, so no-one can steal you
I need you to be you, to always be true,
I need you to know that I will always care
and show you I'm feeling these feelings for you

You should really tell me, you told me you would
I promise you now, you will be understood
I hate this not knowing, my heart is exploding
I hope you would tell me, if only you could.

J

Not cheesy at all. Like Nessa said, "great stanzas."

Welcome to YPDC.
