Homeless & Refugee

Contributed by waynster on Tuesday, 24th November 2015 @ 05:59:49 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

What is there to understand
so many homeless on the American street
Many of them that lost everything
and have no home where they can sleep or eat

It does not matter
how these people became homeless at all
They are beloved Americans
who lost everything and took a fall

I understand the needs of humanity
the needs of so many others in this world in which we live
I don’t understand how we can give homes and food to refugees
when we have so many of our own we need to give

I say this not out of hatred
to any refugees of a foreign land
America has many homeless people
that need our helping hand

It should be our priority
for us as a nation, to be standing on our feet
Everyone must be equal
before we give outsiders food to eat

You may not like me
for my honesty in what I have to say
I just don’t see how we can feed and care for refugees
and turn our very own away

It is so sad
our own government could act this way
We all need to stand together
until every American homeless have food and a place to stay

exactly! the 'refugees' are invaders, we need to take care of our
own citizens and deport/refuse the rest until we are on our feet
strongly, this president is a disgrace who does not have our
best- or any interests at heart, he destroys america day by day,
our homeless and veterans deserve better! well written:)

hugs n' love nessa
