Reality trembles like and earthquake, shattering the foundation of my dreams and inclinations. Contemplation clouds my thoughts, surrender or strive for what I desire? Am I even worthy of these aspirations? Is euphoria achievable or am I forever tied to melancholy? Prolonged exposure to disappointment and failure tell me to concede all ambition for true happiness, however the substantial longing for elation persist above all else. What I seek exist, I know it in my heart. I will not stop until I have obtained the treasures this life has to offer.

Well done, however try it in this style.
Clouded treasure
Reality trembles like and earthquake,
shattering the foundation of my dreams and inclinations.
Contemplation clouds my thoughts,
surrender or strive for what I desire?
Am I even worthy of these aspirations?
Is euphoria achievable or am I forever tied to melancholy?
Prolonged exposure to disappointment and failure
tell me to concede all ambition for true happiness,
however the substantial longing for elation persist above all else.
What I seek exist,
I know it in my heart.
I will not stop until I have obtained the treasures this life has to offer. |
