Jehovah God likes it when we thank one another.
It brings him a lot of joy when we thank others.
When somebody does something kind for us, we should say thank you.
We should thank people for all of the kind things that they do.
We should also thank God for our food and the possessions that we buy.
We should thank the Lord every day and we should thank him until we die.

great poem. I make a gratitude list of things I have to be thankful for to God, it helps me remain grateful and stop me from throwing a pity party when I get depressed! One thing I might add is a great way to say thank you to all the talented poets on this site is to take time and read and comment on their poetry........ |

Those first two lines!!! Oh, the hypocrisy! I guess you don't follow your own advice.
Does this look familiar?
Authors, PLEASE: To help keep this site INTERACTIVE, please read and comment on at least 3 poems for each one you submit.
If you were actually doing that, your actual support of the other authors would be in the thousands. Instead, you selfishly just keep posting poems. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
Your poem is written decent enough but one of the ways you can be thankful and help others (and this struggling site) is to support our other poets/authors.
You have been a member of this site twelve years, next month, yet only sixty comments with 645 poems today Often, two at a time pushing everyone else down the front page. When is it finally time to be thankful to this site? When is it finally time to concern yourself with others instead of almost literally spamming the site and almost ignoring everyone else... your supporters?
Reminder, there is also a story section.
Thank you,
Tim
