Are You Sad She Asked Of Me

Contributed by jamesstockdale on Saturday, 17th October 2015 @ 12:38:35 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Maybe I am
Mom and pop are both sick
The rest of my family are M.I.A.
I'm doing the cooking and cleaning
Mowing the yard
Raking the hay
Taking them to the doctors both near and far
Pop goes back Friday to the O.R.
Hopefully his condition will improve
At this point it seems just so bizarre
Business is the worst ever
And it's just not me
All the businesses I pulled out of the hole prior
They too still call
But I have nothing to give them
Nothing at all
Medical bills still pile way up on the wall
Just when I think I paid them all
If pop does well
I'd like to leave for Florida next week
When and if I get there
I'll give you a yell

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate. =
I hope it isn't getting to you too much! Also, it's good to see that even in your limited free time(I imagine), you still take the time to write. :)

All the best James,
-Mark

//// I hope you weren`t justifying your situation because you should never have to do that.

So you wrote a poem for them? Interesting. Good for you. Good job!

So how is the business now? I know you said you`re on the road the other day. Still air rifles? I`ve been wanting an air rifle lately...with a scope.

Thanks,

Dugan
