More Science, Less Fear

Contributed by Beyfoxman5 on Saturday, 19th September 2015 @ 03:05:15 PM in AEST
Topic: DreamsandWishes

Test, tweak, revisit, seek
To a cure we are near

More science, less fear

Less why and more why not
Want a solution more than a lot

More science, less fear

Let your best teacher be experience
Then more often, things will make sense

More science, less fear

From risks come rewards
Let your mind be the ultimate sword

More science, less fear

If this poem were a letter
It would be entitled LET FAILURES MAKE YOU BETTER

More science, less fear

There is one thing above all else you need
It's your mind, you have it, now go succeed

More science, less fear

thank you for this reminder that we all fear what we cannot explain. Moreover, that we have the power to overcome our lack of knowledge.
There future scares the young, the present scares the old. And all we can rely upon is constant change.
"LET FAILURES MAKE YOU BETTER" is good advice and we would be reading it in the dark if Edison had given up with his many failures!
A toast to tenacity! A toast to the author!

the glass of H20 I believe is on its way to being full
I believe in science, and in people standing up
together and not being divided

green energy will change the world, equality, understanding of natural resource, a spirit of can do
in science and in art - the two I believe are joined at the
hip.

be wild, and free to innovate, do not ever even try to
obfuscate; sadly that has been tried too many times before

And yeah, the reason why is important to share
teach it!

Thanks man, very inspiring poem!

Peace!

Schiesse! What a great way to express a subtlety.

'More science, less fear.' I'm gonna make that my current mantra. Yes, the mind. Science can give us the understanding. The mind can enable us to treat that understanding with gratitude. Stimulating!

Great job with this one!! Good message for all, and I like the style you used. I did find the final 'more science, less fear' line to be unnecessary though.
I think this is a cleaner ending:

There is one thing above all else you need
It's your mind, you have it, now go succeed.

Thanks for posting. This was an enjoyable read.
