You open up like a can.
Standing in the mirror,
clapping your hands.
Saying to yourself
"I'm a man."
looking back at you
is where I stand.
For days and weeks
I heard not a sound.
I tried reaching you
your phone goes down.
Now you're at my door
without a friend.
Looking so cute,
I made not a sound.
Here is my answer to you,
forget you man.
As the door closed
I heard you say
"I'm sorry I treated you that way."
No longer will I be under your spell
I must break AWAY.
Please you cannot stay.
My decision is final.
Have a nice day.
