So long ago,
with days gone past
we always thought
the excitement would last
But, the cold dismemberment
of our lives
turned to dust,
and spread to lies
And through the hardening
of our hearts
our happiness died
and was torn apart
One day though,
I hope we can find
the happiness that was buried
deep in our minds
