A beautiful sunset;
Orange, pink and white
Lights up the sky -
What a beautiful sight!
Like nature's painting
Across the night sky;
Sometimes giving comfort:
Just not sure why.
Then come the stars
Shining so bright
Like guardian angels
Straight through the night.

Hi speedy,
I stumbled across this one while reading a few of your recent posts - nice. Sunset poetry isn/'/t so easy, as it can come off trite, but you pitched it just right, leading into the evening.
