Nostrils sense aroma
Now kissing the splendid scents
Blissful serene smells
Faint glowing recent,
Setting of the sun, with my-
Eyes Acclimating
Birds chirp with calls to,
Others parted in distance
Separate but near
Proximal living,
But somehow worlds apart
Are we not alike?

You are making me think of my friend Jon. He used to hike all around New England. Sometimes I would go with him. |
