True

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

I lie awake at night
Thinking of how it all went about
Torn apart by what is real
My life is nothing but shattered
Beaten and tattered by the lies you told
The truth yet revealed
Nothing from you is real
I want the truth to be known
The story to unfold
I'm tired of the heartache and pain
That comes from your disdain
The shadow of doubt
By the lies you threw about
A misspoken word
Can never resign
Unlike the sun in the sky
It shall never fade
The words you spoke
Play in my head
A song, a tune,
That's unknown
Let me live again
Set me free
To live another day

Wow, you are very in touch with how the depressed mind works. I can relate to this.

sine, the ratio of an angle
opposite that which is the right angle of the longest side
in a triangle

a song a tune a person
a night awake torn apart

to be set free to live another day

i say screw it
with a helix and not a spiral

it's the only way
to ever find a free mind

just kidding,
you should shout it out
in free verse

so that it becomes a cloud
that floats away with the wind

Peace!
