Sometimes life is so hard,
like running into a brick wall.
The heart-beat still is strong.

Beating it is the call,
not running into that wall,
time after time.

All you need is some human touch,
like a hug a pat on the back,
a shoulder to cry on.

Just a little bit of human touch,
done from the heart.
Beating it in a gentler way.

The walls will tumble down,
the very essence is bursting out.
thanks to a little bit of human touch.

Sometimes you beat them up,
by staying strong.
But that little bit of human touch.

Will reaffirm a gentler way,
of living life.
This heart-beat helps you out.

Just a little bit of human touch,
not just for a boy or girl.
But grown ups to.

Will restore the gentler way,
of living life.
No longer feed the strife.

Man and woman reunite,
life can be kind.
With a little bit of human touch.

Just leave it be,
feel with your heart,
the real need.

Take a kind of loving touch,
give it and let it be.
People need to feel your heart.

Otherwise it hits them hard,
to stay away seems so smart.
But it hurts anyway.

But it hurts anyway,
to stay apart,
your heart cannot stand.

That loving human touch,
to dissipate,
like a distant memory.

Just once breaking down,
the hard hitting way.
Into pieces of hurtfulness.

That made you toughen up,
and stay away from the heart-beats call.
Telling you you need to heal yourself.

Who can live like a hard hitting one,
trying to break down that hard defence mode,
No more walls to run into.

Just dare to be considerate,
and share the human touch.
straight from the heart.

I like the sentiment of this poem. Love helps us to take a chance and toughen up.
