It hurts, it hurts

It hurts
It hurts
My body hurts
I really have no idea,
what could be worse
If I should die a thousand deaths
just let me lay right there and rest
If I should go into the great, white sky
let me stay there, and never say goodbye
It hurts
It hurts
My mind is in pain
I have no clue how to stop
the rain
Its pouring in sideways,
up and down
Im pretty sure valium
will stop my frown
It hurts
It hurts
My eyes hurt so
Its really a shame
that I just can't get up and go
Go for a walk, hoping it eases my aches
Forget the hurt,
and past mistakes
Its been a few
days, decades
I don't hurt anymore
It really did fade
There's been a couple times
Where my mind brought it up
but I finally learned
To say shut up!

On a relational scale this is my poem of the day. Sometimes I have to say a similar thing to myself. |

made me chuckle, frown, smile, tug and tear my heart and splashed defiance on the face of the world.
I dig it like a top selling dynamo at a CAT dealership.
