Tried Inside

Contributed by xHeathenx on Friday, 21st August 2015 @ 10:30:01 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

We are answers personified,
Thus you're now magnified
As we reveal what it is you hide,
That secret inner darker-side

We don't seek you glorified,
Nay, nor seek you petrified
Remove the tanning of your hide
As you break free from pesticide

As you try to be to others, seen as shied
While seeking futures scried
Pettifoggery tries to insure it stifled, dried
But we all know it can not have long flied

All who say different's wrong have lied,
Their bitter hate for normality left them fried
And as you find your future bona-fide
They will find theirs now has gone and died

Very befitting a poet of your stature to write a poem like this. I shall have to add parts of this to my mottos.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
