-The Rhapsody of Bohemia-
We have been held captive
By the rhapsody of Bohemia
It calls forth, pulling us along
As we perform our tight-walk,
High upon life's fraying strings
We shed solemn tears
Rainfall to water fledgling crops
Tokens of our yesterdays
Hoping to see the future
For just once upon our time
We escape our prison through catharsis
Numb the pain of ever-lasting present
And we will purge transgressions
Shed ourselves of sin and its indigestion
And together, we will transcend this world anew

So, I listened to the song first. It reminds of an awakening, as does this poem. I really like your style. Beautiful poem!
