I know what you are going through
But promise me one thing
Is that you will always stay true
Because you are my everything
You are my best friend
You are my mother
You are yet still a fiend
You now have became a bother
We were partners in crime
Use to be so damn close
What in the hell happened to you and I?
Is it just the drugs or is it some random guy?
Because it is so hard telling anymore
What is there to believe?
Some may be true
Some may be false
Just another lie
Lies to feed your addiction
Lies to keep your dope man close
You are just waiting patiently for the next overdose
I would loathe seeing you leave
As your time here on Earth hasn’t been that long
Please don’t ever try to make me believe
All of the lies you are trying to force feed
They are not going to make anybody strong

Addiction is tough for everyone involved. It is often shocking to witness the transformation that takes place, even for the addict themselves. The best thing you can do is to connect with others who can relate to what you are dealing with, and learn how to protect yourself from the hurt and manipulation.

everything I write and share comes as it is, right quick.
don't think, just let it loose, don't worry about it
as long as it is something you feel.
let the pressure off, writing for some like me is only a release valve, not meant to be any kind of art.
But do know that gifted artist are many times, just as screwed up as the rest of us.
reality is the hardest thing to understand
