O-t-o-t-o
An acronym I heard, don't you know
You showed me who you were once-
shame on me, I dared not believe
But that was who you were, are, and going to be
What will you do with this once chance?
What will this one take teach you, from experience?
One time, one time only
Seek no mulligans from the spirit of the holy
Fool me twice, shame on you
Trying to fool me, thought I never knew
Burned my bridge once
No problem, I'll fix it
But Aja, you've done it again
so beat it!

It's hard for me to make much out in this. It took me a second read through to know what the acronym was, but I don't know what the emotion or feeling is here other than "shame on you", so maybe disappointment, and Aja, I wonder what that name has to be. Seems coded or encrypted to an extent. Is that intentional? |
